The item is in (PLEASE READ) brand new never been removed from the box packaging w/ minor yet noticeable wear present to the box from shelf life/ store employees handling/ age most notably the back upper left corner edge & the back lower right corner edge of the card has some minor denting / scuffs & as well the card all around the edges shows some wear (SEE PICTURES FOR ISSUES), but it does not effect the figure inside.

Measurements: (box): 8.60 inches in H, 5.50 inches in L & 2.50 inches in D. The figure stands at about 4.50 inches in height. Weighs less than a pound altogether.
